Quality Management processes recognised at RPM Consultants

RPM Consultants are pleased to announce they were recently awarded the ISO 9001:2015 certification, the internationally renowned standard that ensures products and services meet the needs of customers through an effective quality management system.

A culture of continuous improvement

The accreditation process involved an extensive company-wide audit and review of all processes, company documentation and management information systems over a four-month period.

Other changes included the introduction of an annual customer satisfaction survey, capturing customer feedback and ensuring all products and services were meeting customer expectations and highlight opportunities for improvement.

The ISO audit and review was completed in early 2022, with the final accreditation confirmed at the end of April 2022. RPM Consultants decision to work towards ISO 9001:2015 accreditation shows their commitment to continually improving their products and services.
